COVID-19 – Product Variety Announcement
At Seagulf, our primary concern is the health and safety of your crew and our own. With that in mind, we have been closely monitoring the evolution and propagation of COVID-19. We have taken many proactive, precautionary measures to prevent the spread of the disease. We continually evaluate and adapt these measures as more information becomes available.
To prevent the spread of the disease and ensure that your team and ours are able to continue to perform their essential services, it is critical that we respect the social distancing measures mandated by the Government of Canada and the WHO. Unfortunately, this means that some vendors and products will no longer be available to us. The result will be that we temporarily not be able to supply the same extraordinary product variety we are accustomed to.
There are some measures that we can take together to minimize the impact of this reduction in our supply network:
- Confirm orders early to allow as much time as possible to bring in requested products
- Let us know if you would like us to increase quantities of available product to compensate for missing items
- Let us know if you are open to product substitutions
- If desired, we can attempt to supply missing items later in your voyage
